Impact of Seasonal Temperature Variations on Data Center Energy Consumption

Description

This dataset supports research on the environmental impact of data centers. It contains aggregated correlation data between average quarterly temperatures (Celsius) and metered electricity consumption (kWh).

The analysis utilizes Python scripts to merge CSO Electricity Data and Met Éireann Weather Data. Quarterly averages are computed to isolate seasonal trends from fixed annual technical overheads.

Legal Note: Input data (CSO/Met Éireann) is not included in this repository. Citations are provided in the README file and in the Related Works section.
